We bring together the project team, issue a pre construction project programme and commence co-ordination and management of the design and tender process leading onto the project management of the building works. Our work embraces Listed buildings, new build, basements, loft conversions, roof additions, refurbishment, fitting out of residential developments all of which range in size and complexity.  We have turned the building industry on its head by giving the client everything at trade price.   Our buying power ensures the very best discount at the builders merchant this is passed with  complete clarity to the client.  At the outset we will produce a comprehensive document with all the costs required to complete your project at the discounted trade price this includes all labour eg bricklayers, electricians, plumbers, roofers all at the cost price NO mark up just complete clarity .

Henley Projects offer a fixed fee for the management of your project from design and build through to completion.

We spoke to several project managers before deciding to go with Nick Bee. 

We are very glad we did. Other contractors seemed to offer a rather “remote” service, perhaps visiting once a week, but Nick was on-site every day, checking everything, speaking to builders and workmen and ensuring that everything was completed in time so that the project could run smoothly. 

We had to work to a tight budget and Nick was able to suggest ways of saving money at every turn.

Nick's team had skilled tradespeople for every aspect of the job whch meant that progress was fast and efficient, from the groundwork to the plumbing and electrics.

Most importantly for us, he was easy to get along with, never flustered and always found solutions to any issues that came up. In fact, even though the project has been signed off, he still contacted the electrician when there was an issue with the thermostat and came over to supervise the repair.
